After that, you'll see the screen when I select CATALOG CHECK with the newly made symbol. Next, you'll see a screen shot of when I click on EDIT COMPONENT, then click CATALOG CHECK. Again, we fill in the MFG and CAT so it automatically pulls info from the database and populates the Description field. You'll see a screen of our normal panel symbol building setup. I'm attaching a document with screen shots. We create our panel symbols to include the MFG and MFG Catalog part number attributes, so when we insert the symbol it automatically pulls the information from the Microsoft Access database and all fields are populated. But last week when I went to make a new custom Panel Layout Symbol, in the Symbol Builder under the "PANEL" tab, I noticed that after the symbol was made, I added all my attributes I needed, and saved it to the same location I always have, the symbol was missing the information in the description field.
We were just on 2018, so no significant changes. I just recently got a new laptop from my company with AutoCAD Electrical 2019 installed.
